    Some useful information you can provide us:

    • Send us your floor plan

    • When you intend to start renovation works / when you collect your keys

    • A rough idea or list of renovation works you are looking to do

  • We recommend starting the engagement process about 3 months before you receive your keys. This allows ample time for planning, design, and material selection to ensure a smooth renovation process.

    However, we also accommodate projects closer to the key collection date, provided we have available slots.

  • Yes, we do take on smaller projects, provided we have availability in our schedule. Please note that for projects with a total cost under $5,000, a small job fee of $300 will be applied.

  • The timeline can vary depending on the scope of the project. During your initial consultation with us, we will provide an estimate timeline based on your specific renovation needs.

    If you engage our services, we will provide you with a detailed schedule (when to schedule deliveries for appliances or sanitary ware, move in date etc) ensuring a smoother process!
